Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a return and exchange policy allowing you to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
Applicable Situations ✅
① The product has quality issues;
② The product was damaged during shipping;
③ The wrong item was shipped or it does not match the order, provided the item remains in a condition suitable for resale.
Situations Not Eligible for "No-Reason" Returns ❌
① Personalized or custom-made items;
② Items that have been used (for electronic products, powering on the device constitutes use);
③ Signs of wear on functional components, accessories, or the product's exterior;
④ Outer packaging is severely damaged or missing (excluding damage from necessary inspection upon unboxing), rendering the item unsuitable for resale;
⑤ Items unsuitable for return due to their nature, where you acknowledged this fact at the time of purchase;
⑥ Other circumstances that prevent the item from being resold.
Return/Exchange Application Process 📝
Returns/Exchanges for Personal Reasons: Within 7 days of receipt, and provided the item is suitable for resale, please email our after-sales service center. Customer service will process your request within 1–3 business days; you are responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns/Exchanges Due to Quality Issues: Within 7 days of receipt, please email service@mail.wocxuy.com to submit a request. Customer service will process it within 1–3 business days; the company will cover the shipping costs.
Refund Processing: Once your return request is approved, you may arrange the return shipment directly with the courier. We will process the refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.
